Create Recovery Media DISC or USB in Windows 8

Creating a Recovery media Disc or USB of your Operating System is an Important thing. You can not Ignore it, Because if your computer's Windows has been corrupted or damaged then you can Repair it with that Recovery Media Disc or USB.
Else you have to take your computer to a Store, to re-install Windows or to Repair it. So, In my view "Creating a Recovery Media Disc is an Important thing".

There are two methods to create the "Recovery Disc", but i'll explain you only one. Because the 2nd method is being discontinued into Windows 8.1 , Means it will be not available in coming Windows.

Coming Back on topic, Recovery Disc can be created easily with Windows 8. The things that you required for making a Recovery Disc or USB are:

1. An Empty CD/DVD Disc or an USB drive.
2. Account with Admin privileges. Can't create it in Guest account.

So, Let's begin with our Tutorial. Follow these simple Steps:

Step 1: Use "Win+W" key combinations to open "Start Screen Settings".

Step 2: Now type "Recovery".

Step 3: From the Results, select "Create a recovery drive".

Step 4: The Recovery Drive Wizard needs Admin privileges, UAC will ask you for Permissions. Just click on "Yes".

Step 5: Recovery Drive dialog box will appear. Check the "Copy recovery partition from the PC to the recovery drive" if your PC have the recovery partition. Else ignore this and click on "Next".

Step 6: The list of all available drivers will appear, On which you can Create Recovery media. Select your USB drive or your Empty CD/DVD from the list.

Note: If you are also copying Recovery partition to Recovery Drive then you will need more space.

Step 7: After clicking "Next", you will be warned that "anything already present in your drive will be deleted".

Step 8: Click "Create", once the Recovery Media is created click on "Finish".
